However, if the number is less than 100,000, do another Google search by typing e.g. inurl:”loving relationship”. Take a look at the number of results again. If that number is less than 1,250, this keyword is a winner. Make a note of it. Repeat this for the other keyword phrase you got in step 2.

The reason why you need a blog for this is to rank well on Google.com and to provide a means where you can send traffic to for repeated sales of the product you promote.
